Buffalo Wings

21.1K
Extra Crispy?
For extra crispy wings, prepare the wings the night before and dry brine in the fridge.

Buffalo wings are a classic American dish, but they aren’t always the most healthy option. Well, fear not! We’ve found a healthier way to enjoy these delicious bites without sacrificing flavor or texture.

In our air fryer buffalo wings recipe, we simply toss cooked chicken wings with hot sauce and butter before tossing them back in the air fryer. The result? Crispy skin with all the flavor of traditional fried chicken without any of the guilt!

The number of wings you want to cook will determine the size of your air fryer. If you’re cooking for two people, a 10-wing recipe should be plenty.
